Ageing is a house speciality, this tiny volume, private reserve is matured barrels for 18 months followed by a long siesta in bottle. Brilliant ruby-red colour with aromas of dark fruit, spices and coffee. Ample mouthfuls of mellow blackcurrant and smooth vanilla flavours. Elegant and expressive. Great with duck and lamb. |
