In the andean foothills of the mendoza region, high altitude and warm, sunny days allow these richly-coloured grapes to ripen fully. Dark garnet with aromas of jammy fruit, cherries and smoky spice. Firmly structured with ripe blackberry fruit flavours with a hint of coffee. Perfect with barbequed steak or garlic-infused lamb with tomatoes and basil. |
