This is a wine full of character, just like ken forrester himself! the chenin here is really full bodied and relatively golden in colour, although it is almost completely dry.The effect is given by very low yields and extended ageing and delivers a really exciting, dense and yet wonderfully fresh wine which is perfect with smoked salmon as well as all sorts of spicy foods. |
