Only the very best pinot noir grapes from chapel down's superb vineyards were selected, and then gently pressed and fermented using the very same methods to make top-class grande marque champagnes. Full of classic, yeasty brioche notes with hints of fresh stone fruit and a fine stream of small, lingering bubbles. Seriously classy! |
