These ancient cellars at the foot of the slopes in the palatinate produce brilliant wines from vineyards around the town of deidesheim. Though still very young, the purity of the riesling fruit is already beginning to emerge, and the combination of the steely flavours and slight residual sugar is brilliant with foods such as roast goose and oriental dishes. |
