The fourth generation of a small, champagne-making family based in the marne valley, jean noel makes stunning, hand-crafted wine with flavour, quality and value superior to many famous grandes marques. Champagne haton was founded in damery in 1928 by octave haton, jean-noel's great grandfather. Helped by his son sebastien, jean-noel now oversees 13 ha of vines and has established an excellent reputation for quality. This classic champagne has a high percentage of pinot noir ensuring a wine of terrific body and complexity. Wonderfully rich and toasty with fine bubbles and mouthwatering freshness. Serve on its on or with canapes or shellfish. |
