Meaning the first wine of the vintage, it's light, juicy and very rarely leaves its home region. Made with terodelgo - a rare grape unique to trentino - whose juicy, soft red fruit and gentle tannins mean it's perfect for novello. Giorgio lives just half a mile from his vineyard and makes daily checks come harvest time. His novello is a special sideline, only made for family and friends.
