Chateau jolys occupies 36ha of land on an escarpment that faces the pyrenees right down in the south west of france. This exceptional sweet wine is very characteristic of the sweet wines from this area. Made from 100% petit manseng, hand-harvested later in the season. Made in stainless steel but matured in french oak. Superb with cream cheeses, roquefort, pâté or fruit desserts. |
